1Return Window

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Jerseys you have worn to a match cannot be returned (unless faulty).

2How to Start a Return

Email jerseyprocare@hotmail.com or open the live chat with your order number and the reason. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns cannot be tracked or refunded.

3Exchanges

Need a different size? Size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery: we ship the replacement once the original is on its way back, subject to stock. If your size is sold out, we will refund you instead.

4Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

5Custom Jerseys

Customized jerseys (your name and number) are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or we made a printing error. Double-check the spelling before checkout — we produce exactly what you enter. Faulty or mis-printed customs are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping.

6Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your jersey arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — and cover all shipping.

7Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer unless we provide a prepaid label in your region. For wrong, damaged or faulty items, we pay all shipping.

8Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before production begins (typically within 24 hours of ordering). Once a parcel has shipped, use the 30-day return process instead.

9Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then email us — we will trace it with proof of the refund transaction.
