1Processing Time

Orders leave our warehouse in 1–3 business days. Custom jerseys need 2–4 extra production days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders of $49 or more (US). Orders under $49 pay a standard rate shown at checkout. International rates are calculated by destination at checkout.

3Delivery Estimates

• United States: 7–14 days after dispatch.
• International: 10–20 days after dispatch.
• Custom orders: typically 11–24 days door-to-door, fully tracked.

Estimates exclude customs processing in destination countries and peak-season congestion (Black Friday, holidays). Delivery time is not guaranteed by the carrier.

4Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate after the first scan. Split shipments each get their own tracking number at no extra cost.

5Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship exactly where you tell us and cannot redirect a parcel after dispatch. Address corrections are free any time before your order ships — just email or chat us.

6Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority. These are set by your government, are not included in our prices, and are the recipient's responsibility.

7Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within 7 days past the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and reship or refund orders confirmed lost. Parcels damaged in transit are covered by our Refund Policy.

8Multiple Items

Large orders may ship in more than one parcel depending on sizes and warehouse stock — you are never charged extra for split shipments.
